We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a product exchange or refund. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo. If the product return is accepted, it will be inspected for compliance upon receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and add “exchange or refund” in the email subject line with a reason and explanation for the return included in the email. Please include a proof of purchase and a photo of the condition of the product. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send an email to email@example.com
Products that are opened and used, and/or products without original packaging cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To ensure you receive the items you ordered, if you received the wrong items, please return the items received, and once the return is accepted, we will send you corrected products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return and request for refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
SnacTripster container, outer and inner lids, and latch are all covered under a lifetime warranty for parts cracking during normal usage. The Warranty does not cover surface scratches, intentional misuse, abuse or deliberate damage on any part. For example, a product cannot claim warranty replacement if it is run over by a car or thrown out of the 3rd floor window and smashed into pieces. That would not be considered as normal usage. SnacTripster is designed to be very durable, so we know normal usage problems from deliberate damage.
Also not included in the warranty are the spoon/fork, gasket or any other product or part that is not the lids (inner and outer), latch and container.
To be eligible for the warranty replacements, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the issue. Please include photos and proof of purchase. We will evaluate the problem and let you know if it can be returned under warranty.
